REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO STUDY THE IMPACT OF
ALCOHOL ON THE ECONOMIC, HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF NEW MEXICANS
AND REPORT TO THE INTERIM LEGISLATIVE HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES
COMMITTEE AND THE LEGISLATIVE FINANCE COMMITTEE.
