Perhaps the trumpet, uh, got together with the federales, you know, to trump up support among the painful masses….but no fear, like all of his other trumped-up “promises” that he’s now backpedaling on, he will focus on fomenting nuclear war and besides, I’m sure when he gets a knee in the balls he’s got a pit crew standing by with morphine….
