Shouldn’t be too hard. Layer the flavors, load up the top with chocolate chips (and peanut butter ones, if you want), voila!
I make a killer NY cheesecake, weighs about 10 lb, very nutritious…served in a puddle of raspberry sauce, oh boy! It can be made chocolate, but I like it pristine. I do the main body of it, then add a second layer flavored with lemon or key lime in the last hour of baking (takes at least 3 hrs at 300Β°). Then you turn the oven off, leaving the cheesecake inside until it’s cool. I eat it with ungodly amounts of whipped cream….oh no, what am I going to do now, I don’t have an oven and I SO want to make this cheesecake!!!
Talk about a chocolate coma. π Do you know how to make the crust more moist? It’s just graham crackers, butter, and a little bit of powdered sugar and cocoa powder. I tried adding more butter, but that didn’t help. What else can I add to a crust that has to bake for an hour?
I personally like them crunchy, but you could add about 2 tbsp of water and that should make it more cakey. Alternatively, add an egg, which will make it softer and a little puffy.
I spent last week living on the BRAT diet. NOM!!!!!
