Ragweed pollen is high. Too bad it can’t get you high. (Achoooooo!)

Do you remember the time before there was a UV Index on the weather report? I do, although I don’t think anyone pays attention to the UV Index anyway. It’s been a 10 out of 10 all summer, but it’s now starting to go down to an 8 out of 10. Yippee. (Achooooo!)

Humidity is also kinda high, but I can’t complain about the humidity in Albuquerque. Compared to Houston, this is nothing. Late this afternoon, the temperature was at 86 degrees, but it “feels like” 83. That’s a deal. Drove with my windows down and didn’t even break a sweat. Ah, fresh air. (Achoooooo!)

Dear Snow: Ignore all your detractors. We can’t wait to see ya.

Anyone remember the Snowman Challenge from last year?

May the snow be with you.

  1. We are desperate for snow this year on our mountains here in Southern California. We can’t take much more of this drought.

I miss looking out the window at the snow. I miss making snowmen or snow angels, I miss snowball fights and building forts. What I don’t miss is driving in it, I’ll stay right where I am.
