I wouldn’t say it’s hard to make, but it does make a big mess. I used caramel-flavored condensed milk and a little bit of caramel flavoring. So, really, it was a chocolate and caramel cheesecake. Next time, I’ll make a whipped cream topping. I can’t wait. 🙂
You can’t make cheesecake without cream cheese. But I also added a little bit of sour cream to cut the sweetness of the chocolate. And the crust was chocolate. For the first time, I added some powdered sugar to the graham cracker crust, along with a little bit of brown sugar.
LOL – there are some good skits that haven’t made it on the interwebs yet, for some reason…but yeah, finding episodes that haven’t been seen on TV are difficult, LOL

My back hurts too! I took some Advil and feel some relief. I look forward to not having a period anymore! I probably have about 15 more years 😦
