I tried out this recipe, with just a few changes:
https://thenoobchef.com/2016/06/07/mini-peach-cobbler-loaves/
Like switching fresh peaches for frozen dark cherries.
And of course, adding icing. I poked holes in the top of the crumb cake, hoping the icing would trickle down into the cake, but the icing was too thick to penetrate the topping. But the cake was moist enough on it’s own, and I enjoyed scraping the topping off of one piece before eating the rest.
If you squint, you can see two gay angels dancing within the crumbs.
Can you see them now?
Thanks for the recipe, Lisa. If you have time, check out her blog at the above link.
Okay I can totally see the angels!! lol. They look SO delicious! 🙂 Well done! ❤ I bet that icing made it even tastier. Keep smiling and have an awesome day!

It is delicious, but I think I’ll make it with chocolate chips next time. 🙂

Did you ever eat at Golden Pride chicken? I passed by it the other day and I thought I might try it. If I do, I’ll have a piece of chicken for you. 🙂

No I don’t think I did! What street is it on? My son wants me to take him to Albuquerque. I’m going to Cali in a couple of weeks but maybe in July or one of these weekends.

It’s on Juan Tabo. Don’t come to the Q until fall. You’ll love Cali this time of year, have fun. 🙂
