These were the views from my front yard where I used to live.

Whenever I wanted a distraction from the confining walls of my apartment, I used to walk to the windows and gaze lovingly at my mountain. The view helped me to think of things that were bigger than me, my problems, and the constant pain.

I don’t have a view from my new apartment, so I will have to update my home therapy program and replace the view of my mountain with something else. (Maybe chocolate?)

On the bright side,¬†there’s a duck pond at my new place, which I hope to visit soon. And I sure hope that ya’ll like ducks. Quack!
