Fall officially began yesterday.

With thunder, lightning, and rain.

Some people like the rain.

But changes in the weather can increase pain.

Nothing to do but complain (and watch this tiny airplane in the rain).

Sure, I feel the cold and rain in my joints, but where I really feel it is in my teeth. In my face, the back of my head and neck, in my shoulders. The throbbing, pulsating, beat of pain… You too? It’s worse during the changing of the season, but once the weather settles down, the pain settles down a little, too. And I’m looking forward to the snow. 🙂

I’m sensitive to temperature changes with the fibro and I can be freezing inner and hot-flash on the surface.

Because of your TMJ and TN, I thought you’d feel the increased pain in the same places I do. But then, I don’t have fibro.
