Did I say Balloon Week? I can’t be sure, but we might be celebrating the Balloon Fiesta for longer than that… I hope ya’ll aren’t tired of balloon photos. 🙂

Thanks to Lynn for this great recipe! I rarely use the term OMG, but this recipe calls for it. I added a few things, like cinnamon (because that spice is supposed to be good for you, which makes the brownies good for me).
I also added powdered (icing) sugar because I like to watch my breath make powdered sugar puffs when I eat it. (And now I need to clean my keyboard.)
Before you put it in the oven, you might be tempted to taste the batter and topping separately, but the combination is better. The batter has the consistency of chocolate mousse and the topping is just like icing. Yum.
Yes, it melts in your mouth, which is exactly how I like my food. You should have at least one piece when it’s warm so you can taste the melted chocolate chips (mixed with the savory flavor of cream cheese).
Enjoy the rest of your weekend. 🙂
I hope this never happens in the cannabis industry. While consistency needs a lot of work, no true cannabis lover would want only a few options in choosing products (as found in monopolies). And this is not just about variety — it’s about how different strains work, well, differently.
Now it’s time to make some brownies. It’s a new recipe, so wish me luck. 🙂
