Stop following me

I don’t know many people who practice the Muslim religion.  Since I’m an atheist, I don’t care for any religion, but I really hope that most Muslims don’t think like this person:

Islam means submission…

Who knew we would live to see these mentally ill people get their rights while the blacks in America are still treated worse than retard people! …

After reading this, do you really need to read more?  How can you live in the internet age and believe that women belong at home, taking care of the kids?  What is it about religion that forces women into a subservient role?  Is that about religion or is it more about men?

You can’t change minds like this.  People who believe that being gay means you’re mentally ill. Obviously, people like this don’t understand the definition of “mental illness.”

Why would someone like this want to follow my blog?  Hey you, thehiddenprestige, why don’t you answer that question for me?  I don’t want to read about your backward beliefs, I just want to know why you’ve so rudely decided to take up my time.  Just want some more hits on your blog? Did you think that after reading one of your posts, I would, all of sudden, renounce logic and things like feminism?

I doubt you have the guts to respond.  So, why don’t you stop following me?  It’s creepy.

  1. I get someone once in a while that seems suspicious as to why they are following my blog. One of them commented on my blog today, on the post about stigma about mental illness. They called mental illness fake. They referred to bipolar disorder as a psuedo- illness. They told me if people would not pretend to have mental illness then there would not be a stigma problem for us.
I cant remember the exact words but something about people who claim to have mental illness being …wait I found it….” individualized problems in adapting to life challenges or severe difficulties in handling feelings and relationships…rather than …”false illnesses”…

    • Oh, this dude doesn’t bother me. I’m just irritated that I had to waste time reading another “It’s not Adam and Steve” belief. And I don’t want anyone to think that if they see my Saturn avatar as part of this guy’s “community” on his blog, it’s because I want it to be there. Or if they see his avatar “liking” one of my posts, which he has continued to do even after this post. I guess he thinks it bothers me, but it only bothers me as it pertains to my blogging reputation. But anyone who is familiar with my blog will know I would have nothing to do with this religious fanatic.

      • I agree that people that know you would not think you were affiliated with him.

I wonder how these people choose their targets. I wonder how similar their selection process and their tactics are to the way narcissists and psychopaths choose victims to put through their gaslighting, triangulating tactics .
The problem of narcissism goes beyond families and dating partners. There is a bigger picture I think.

  2. That is creepy! I don’t usually follow the religious freaks even if they follow me…but would be interested to know how to block them!
However…they haven’t engaged me in any unwanted chit chat so far. ..I’m thinking that’s due to my passionate use of defamatory non religious type language 😁

If you don't comment, I'll just assume you agree with me
