Doesn’t seem right. Looks like these patients found attorneys who will sue just to make money from desperate people.

No wonder doctors are afraid to prescribe pain pills.

This was a recent court decision, which hasn’t had any effect yet. Doctors are mostly afraid of the DEA and State Medical Boards.
