Sin appears to be used to shame us for… being human. And imperfect. Is heaven supposed to be a place where we attain our perfection? How would that work, since everyone’s idea of perfection is different?

I think we are already perfect. What isn’t correct is what we base perfection on. Everyone keeps saying “we all do the best we can with what we have” If that’s true, then sin makes no sense. I agree with you.
