I received the patch in the photo when I was in junior high.  I don’t know why I still have it (probably because it’s colorful).  To receive the patch, kids had to do a certain number of push ups and sit ups, climb a rope, and I dunno, other stuff. 🙂

I should be working on my letter to Unum, so I made nutless pralines instead.  (Don’t worry, I added oatmeal, so now they’re good for me.)

anybody have good results with OPTUM RX???They tell me they can mail order pain medications thru my United Healthcare/AARP supplemental ins.policy.I live in FL,where it is getting impossible to get my pain medications….ANYONE?
